This year's event was once again a huge success.
Here is some fantastic feedback from the event:-
“I just wanted to drop you a quick mail to thank you everyone involved for such a great event yesterday.
I’d been looking forward to the Stinger for months and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
It was a great event, informal, friendly, brilliant organisation, loved the staggered start, cool medal and even a fry up. Without a doubt my favourite event to date, will be back next year for sure.”
“This is my second year doing the Half and there is nothing you could do better. My peers at Burgess Hill Runners all seem to agree that this is a fantastic event. Keep doing what you are doing! The event is clearly organised by people that understand runner’s needs. Thank you for this brilliant event.”
“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the best organised event I have ever attended.
From the signage to the car parks, to the registration, the phased start times, the wonderfully enthusiastic and encouraging marshals, everything ran so smoothly.
The route was tough, challenging and (despite the stings) fun, very well route marked with just the right spacing between the water stations.
Of course the great quality medal helped to forget about the effort of all that uphill, and the breakfast was amazing, the kitchen team could teach most restaurants a thing or two about turning round speedy and incredibly tasty food.
A really great day, and I’m already looking forward to signing up for next year!”
