Mr Trevor Lindup, Catering Manager who is available to answer any questions or discuss any particular dietary requirements
The food provision at Steyning aims to meet the nutritional needs of boarders while providing a varied and exciting menu choice. Our approach is to discourage the use of convenience foods and reduce 'fast food' to a minimum.
All our food is cooked on-site using 90% of fresh ingredients
A full salad bar is always on offer as an option
Fresh fruit is always available
After supper snacks are available in the Boarding Houses
